The MaxGenetics website uses a secure online purchasing avenue (PayPal) which will also accept one off credit card payments (Debit and Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard).

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Areas Incurring Delivery Charges:

Postage and Packaging charges are AUS$8.95 for all orders in the following states of Australia: Queensland, NSW, Victoria, ACT, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory.

Please note: all orders must be signed for. However, if you leave specific delivery instructions when you place your order, we will do our best to follow them. *IMPORTANT: if you have requested your delivery to be left in a specific place and it is not found, or is found damaged, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or for the damage.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery is usually dispatched in Australia within 3 working days by courier service.

Delivery outside of Australia is usually within 3-10 working days.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
